Canada’s favourite indoor golf league is here for Winter 2025. Join The League – open to all golfers and powered by TrackMan.
The League is 100% flexible. Play any-time at a participating Modern Golf between now and January 12, 2025 – March 8, 2025 to win prizes.
DETAILS
League members will play a total of seven 9-hole rounds (1 hour sessions) in 3 different flights. The first session will be used to determine your Trackman handicap and flights are based on the number of registrants/handicaps.
If you do not already have a Trackman handicap, your first round on the Trackman app will be used to determine your handicap for The League.
PRIZING STRUCURE
Prizing is weekly, based on national results per round, and will be awarded at the end of The League after March 8th, 2025 as follows:
- The low net winner for each round in each flight nationally will receive a $200 Modern Golf Gift Card
- The low net runner up for each round in each flight will receive a FREE 5 Pack – Trackman.
- The overall winner of each round longest drive will receive a 3 Pack – Trackman
- The overall winner of each round closest to the pin will receive a 3 Pack = Trackman

THE LEAGUE FAQ
- Can TrackMan sessions be completed any time throughout the month? Or will there be set times?
Customers can book TrackMan sessions during any available time on the Modern Golf schedule. The course schedule will be set in advance of the league kick-off, so each month’s courses can be played at any time over that month.
- What does TrackMan offer League members?
TrackMan offers fun and competitive opportunities to test your game on some of the world’s most famous golf courses. With TrackMan’s app, you can also keep track of your stats, including driving distance and accuracy, greens in regulation, scoring average and handicap.
- How long do the games usually take?
The average round of 9 holes will take between 45-50 minutes to complete.
- What is tee time availability on the weekends?

- Are the sessions individual (1 person) or can I play with a friend during a single session?
Modern Golf has both open concept and private bays. You may book simultaneously with friends and play along or against them.
- How does booking sessions work with respect to groups?
Modern Golf’s concierge staff is available to help groups book together.
- Are you only allowed to play at your home location or can you book sessions at other locations?
You may book your sessions at any participating location.
- Does The League use Handicap Index or just Gross Scores?
The League uses net scores.
- How do I get my Trackman Handicap?
To get your Trackman Handicap, make sure you’re logged into your Trackman account and play a round without using mulligans. Also, keep your “gimme” distance within 12 feet or 3.5 meters. After your first round of Virtual Golf meeting these conditions, you’ll receive your Trackman Handicap. Scores from private and tournament rounds that meet these requirements will be included in the calculation of your Handicap.
- Will 9-hole rounds count toward updating my handicap?
Yes, 9-hole rounds count, but only if you specifically select to play 9 holes (either front or back 9). If you choose to play 18 holes but quit after 10 holes without finishing the round, it won’t count toward updating your Handicap.
