Trackman/League Booking Policy
  • Maximum Booking Duration
    Clients are kindly advised that each booking is limited to a maximum of 3 consecutive hours.
  • Advance Booking Window
    Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance allowing you to plan your activities with convenience.
  • Occupancy Limit:
    To ensure a comfortable and safe environment, we have set a maximum occupancy limit of 4 people per bay.
  • Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session. No-shows are considered used sessions.
