Due to the personalized nature of custom fitting and the unique specifications of each custom golf club order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. 

Payment

• Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Custom golf club orders will not be processed or manufactured until payment is received.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Prices for custom golf clubs are determined based on the selected components and specifications.

Refunds/Exchanges/Price Matching

• Final Sale: All custom golf club orders are final sale. Due to the bespoke nature of custom fitting, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
• Non-Returnable: Custom golf clubs are made to your unique specifications and are therefore non-returnable.
• Price Matching: We adhere to our vendor partners pricing policies and therefore cannot offer price matching on custom golf clubs. 

Order Cancellations/Adjustments

• Once an order has been placed by our ordering department, changes to the order as well as cancellations cannot be guaranteed as we do not have control over production times. 

Warranty
